Falcon Bowse approached me to make a video for a fun feature of its spring collection: a piece made out of scraps cut from the streets of NYC. I came up with the frame of the bowerbird—which ended up leading to the name of the hat! We had a good time creeping around Brooklyn looking for scraps (and luckily shop owners were down to let us cut holes in their old signs).
